With the win, Balboa upgrades its record to 9-8 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Alhambra (Martinez, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 23. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Alhambra won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Concord (Concord, CA)
