The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Fleming Island Golden Eagles (Orange Park, FL) and the host Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL), saw Fleming Island's lacrosse team achieve victory over Buchholz by a margin of 10-5.
The Golden Eagles (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bolles (Jacksonville, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 14-1 record. In their last challenge, Bolles was overwhelmed by Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.
The Bobcats (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Creekside (St. Johns, FL). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Creekside edged Beachside (St. Johns, FL), 14-0, in a non-league challenge.
