Friends Academy Quakers (Locust Valley, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Kennedy Cougars (Bellmore, NY), 7-1 in a non-league battle.

The Quakers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lynbrook for a Section 8 B - League 3 battle on Tuesday, March 26. Friends Academy will clash with a Owls squad coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Island Trees (Levittown, NY). The Owls record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Lawrence Cardinals (Lawrenceville, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 26. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
