The DeSoto Central Jaguars softball team (Southaven, MS), was routed 13-7 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Kosciusko Whippets (Kosciusko, MS)
Coming up next, the Whippets clash with the Greenwood Bulldogs (Greenwood, MS) in a 4A Region 3 test, on Tuesday, March 26. Kosciusko will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record.
The Jaguars (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS). The Patriots come into the 7A Region 1 test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Lewisburg edged Madison Central (Madison, MS), 11-2, in a non-league test.
