St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers (Baton Rouge, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Livonia Wildcats (Livonia, LA), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Redstickers now own a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they host Central for a 5A District 4 challenge on Wednesday, March 27. St. Joseph's Academy will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, Livonia falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host False River (New Roads, LA) to battle the Gators in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Gators enter the challenge with a record of 1-13. False River lost 13-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA)
