Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Orange Beach Makos (Orange Beach, AL) and the host Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS), witnessed Orange Beach's softball squad overcome Ocean Springs by a final score of 8-0.

The Makos (18-0) will now prepare for their bout against McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 10-0 record.

The Greyhounds now possess a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Harrison Central for a 7A Region 4 bout on Thursday, March 28. Ocean Springs will confront a Red Rebels squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Gulfport (Gulfport, MS). The Red Rebels record now stands at 10-5.
