The Shawnee Mission North Bison got by the visiting Shawnee Mission South Raiders softball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Bison (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Olathe East (Olathe, KS). The Hawks go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Raiders now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Gardner-Edgerton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 26. Shawnee Mission South will meet a Trailblazers squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS). The Trailblazers record now stands at 0-1.
