Oregon High School Baseball - Salem Academy sneaks past Waldport

The crowd at Sunday's non-league battle between the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) and the visiting Waldport Irish (Waldport, OR), saw Salem Academy's baseball team get by Waldport by a tally of 3-2.
The Crusaders (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Gaston (Gaston, OR). The Greyhounds enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Gaston held off Scio (Scio, OR), 9-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Irish face the Lowell Devils (Lowell, OR) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 24. Waldport will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
