In Monday's non-league bout, the Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) baseball squad edged the host Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL), by a tally of 4-3.

The Rockets now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Illinois Valley Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 24. Limestone will encounter a Grey Ghosts squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 2-0.
