The Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC) baseball trounced the host Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), 13-7 in Thursday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A contest, on Friday, March 25. Uwharrie Charter will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 12-6 non-league win over Glenn (Kernersville, NC).
