Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) in a Suburban Prairie challenge, on Saturday, March 26. Plainfield North will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL).

The Eagles now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Marist for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 28.
