In Thursday's non-league battle, the Niagara-Wheatfield Falcons (Sanborn, NY) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Grand Island Vikings (Grand Island, NY), by a count of 16-1.
Coming up next, the Falcons clash with the Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 28. Niagara-Wheatfield will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record.
The Vikings now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewiston-Porter for a Class C battle on Tuesday, March 29.
