Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) and the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), witnessed East Rowan's softball squad tip A.L. Brown by a count of 13-6.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-3 record. They play next when they host South Rowan for a South Piedmont 3A match on Friday, March 25. East Rowan will face a Raiders squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, A.L. Brown moves to 7-3 on the season. The Wonders host Mooresville (Mooresville, NC) to face the Blue Devils in a Greater Metro 4A match on Friday, March 25. The Blue Devils go into the match with a record of 7-2. Mooresville won 7-5 in their recent league match against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
