The Waccamaw Warriors baseball team (Pawley's Island, SC), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Friday's league outing with the host Aynor Blue Jackets (Aynor, SC)
The Blue Jackets now hold a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dillon for a 3A Region 7 outing on Tuesday, March 28. Aynor will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Loris (Loris, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
Next, the Warriors confront the Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC) in a 3A Region 7 outing, on Tuesday, April 4. Waccamaw will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Andrews (Andrews, SC).
