In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Bishop Manogue Miners baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Pocatello Thunder.
The Miners (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Gators go into the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Standley Lake was edged by Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR), 17-5, in a non-league game.
The Thunder (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Columbine (Littleton, CO). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Columbine was edged by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 7-6, in a non-league game.
