The El Paso Leadership Academy East Leaders the host Chaparral Lobos baseball team by a count of 6-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Leaders now possess a 9-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Teresa for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 25. El Paso Leadership Academy East will face a Desert Warriors team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Desert Warriors record now stands at 8-5.
Next, the Lobos face the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a 4A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Chaparral will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 3-14 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
