California High School Volleyball - Kennedy can't hold off Franklin

In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Franklin Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Kennedy Cougars.
The Wildcats now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ripon for a non-league test on Saturday, March 25. Franklin will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA). The Indians record now stands at 9-2.
The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA). The Cardinals enter the test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Laguna Creek held off McClatchy (Sacramento, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
