The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) and the host Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA), saw Cannon's lacrosse team overcome Centennial by a margin of 14-7.

The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Roswell (Roswell, GA). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 11-1 record. In their last challenge, Roswell was overwhelmed by Walton (Marietta, GA), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Bears enter the 5A-6A Area 5 challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Cambridge edged Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA), 16-7, in a league challenge.
