St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders (Fort Lauderdale, FL) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Massapequa Chiefs (Massapequa, NY), 12-11 in a non-league battle.
The Raiders now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kellenberg Memorial for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 25.
In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the Chaminade Flyers (Mineola, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 29. Massapequa will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Flyers come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 10-5 non-league win over Ward Melville (East Setauket, NY).
