Virginia High School Lacrosse - New Covenant drops to Covenant

Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA), 14-4 in a league test.

The Eagles now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Blue Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 28. Covenant will face a Barons squad coming off a 11-5 league win over Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA). The Barons record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Gryphons face the Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 28. New Covenant will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
