In Friday's non-league battle, the host West Point Pointers soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Rappahannock Raiders.
The Pointers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils come into the Tidewater battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Mathews nudged Northumberland (Heathsville, VA), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Middlesex nudged Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA), 9-0, in a league battle.
