The Navasota Rattlers smashed the visiting Washington Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Friday's non-league match.
The Rattlers now sport a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Livingston for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 28. Navasota will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX). The Lions record now stands at 13-9.
With the loss, Washington drops to 1-3 on the season.
