Spectators at Sunday's non-league match between the Dickson County Cougars (Dickson, TN) and the visiting Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL), witnessed Dickson County's softball squad tip Wauconda by a count of 7-6.

The Cougars now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Juliet for a non-league match on Monday, March 25. Dickson County will meet a Golden Bears squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Lakota West (West Chester, OH). The Golden Bears record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Wauconda moves to 3-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Munster (Munster, IN) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Monday, March 25. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 0-1. Munster lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Lake Central (St. John, IN)
