The Academic Magnet Raptors lacrosse team (North Charleston, SC), was overwhelmed 17-9 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC)
With the victory, Porter-Gaud advances its record to 10-0 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC) to encounter the Panthers in a battle on Thursday, March 27. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 4-4.
The Raptors now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philip Simmons for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 25. Academic Magnet will encounter a Iron Horses team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Iron Horses record now stands at 6-3.
