Virginia High School Lacrosse - Meridian nips Alexandria City

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Meridian Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the Alexandria City Titans.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record.

Next, the Titans clash with the Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Alexandria City will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Sharks go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA).
