In Monday's non-league test, the San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA), by a count of 18-6.
Next, the Cavers meet the Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 25. San Diego will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Hoover (San Diego, CA). The Cardinals go into the test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Hoover was routed by Southwest SD (San Diego, CA), 20-13, in a non-league test.
