Nevada High School Lacrosse - Douglas drops to Spanish Springs

March 24, 2025: Minden, NV 89423

Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV), 15-2 in a league game.

With the victory, Spanish Springs advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Truckee North Tahoe (Truckee, CA) to play the Big Blue in a HSLL game on Wednesday, April 9. The Big Blue come into the game with a record of 0-1.

The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reed for a HSLL game on Wednesday, March 26. Douglas will play a Raiders team coming off a 18-0 league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
