The West Potomac Wolverines lacrosse team (Alexandria, VA), was tipped 8-7 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Langley Saxons (McLean, VA)
With the victory, Langley advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Saxons travel to Yorktown (Arlington, VA) to encounter the Patriots in a Liberty battle on Friday, March 28. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Yorktown lost 13-5 in their recent non-league battle against James Madison (Vienna, VA)
The Wolverines now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Ireton for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 26. West Potomac will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-3.
