In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Spring Mills Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a good 15-5 triumph over the Musselman Applemen.

The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Morgantown (Morgantown, WV). The Mohigans go into the WVSLA -DI East challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Morgantown knocked off Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV), 21-3, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Applemen clash with the Strasburg Rams (Strasburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 28. Musselman will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Rockingham (Weyers Cave, VA).
