The New Albany Eagles lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting New Trier Trevians to 5 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Beavercreek for a Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, April 1.
With the loss, New Trier falls to 1-2 on the year. The Trevians travel to St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Stallions go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. St. Francis DeSales lost 16-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN)
