Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA), 3-2 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Westfield advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA) to play the Statesmen in a non-league game on Friday, March 28. The Statesmen come into the game with a record of 3-1. George C. Marshall won 5-4 in their recent non-league game against Edison (Alexandria, VA)

The Cavaliers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairfax for a Patriot game on Friday, March 28. Woodson will play a Lions team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Lewis (Springfield, VA). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
