The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Eunice Bobcats (Eunice, LA) and the visiting Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA), observed Eunice's softball team get by Beau Chene by a tally of 11-8.

The Bobcats (10-5) will now prepare for their bout against Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Charging Indians go into the 4A District 3 bout with a 1-7 record.

In their next game, the Gators clash with the Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 31. Beau Chene will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 8-4 non-league win over St. Edmund (Eunice, LA).
