The J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Columbia Crimson Tide to 1 in the Red Tornado non-league win on Monday.

The Red Tornado now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Octorara Area for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 26. J.P. McCaskey will encounter a Braves team coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA). The Braves record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Columbia moves to 0-3 on the season. The Crimson tide host York County Tech (York, PA) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 27. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 1-3. York County Tech lost 17-0 in their recent league battle against Biglerville (Biglerville, PA)
