The DePaul College Prep Rams edged the host Mother McAuley Mighty Macs softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Rams meet the Leyden Eagles (Franklin Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 25. DePaul College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Maine East (Park Ridge, IL).
The Mighty Macs (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Reavis was nudged by Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL), 10-4, in a non-league challenge.
