The East Liverpool Potters softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Southern Indians to 7 in the Potters non-league win on Monday.

The Potters now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edison for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 26. East Liverpool will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 8-5 league loss to Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Southern moves to 0-1 on the season. The Indians host East Canton (East Canton, OH) to confront the Hornets in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Hornets come into the battle with a record of 1-2. East Canton won 16-0 in their recent league battle against Malvern (Malvern, OH)
