The Tigers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwestern for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 26. Edwardsville will encounter a Piasa Birds team coming off a 10-10 non-league Jersey (Jerseyville, IL). The Piasa Birds record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Gillespie moves to 1-3 on the season. The Miners host Auburn (Auburn, IL) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Auburn won 17-2 in their recent non-league battle against Routt Catholic (Jacksonville, IL)
