In Monday's non-league match, the host Milton-Union Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 4-3 win over the Tri-County North Panthers.

The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Bradford (Bradford, OH). The Railroaders come into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Bradford was nipped by Butler (Vandalia, OH), 9-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic match, on Wednesday, March 26. Tri-County North will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
