California High School Softball - Port of Los Angeles can't get by North

The North Saxons edged the visiting Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Saxons play the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 25. North will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Highlanders enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Downey (Downey, CA).

The Polar Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA). The Dons enter the Coliseum challenge with a 2-2 record.
