The Valley Indians softball squad (Lucasville, OH), was routed 12-8 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting South Point Pointers (South Point, OH)

With the triumph, South Point improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pointers travel to Green (Franklin Furnace, OH) to face the Bobcats in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 27. The Bobcats enter the contest with a record of 1-2. Green lost 9-8 in their recent non-league contest against Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH)

The Indians now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Huntington for a non-league contest on Friday, March 28.
