In Monday's non-league test, the South Umpqua Lancers (Myrtle Creek, OR) softball squad overwhelmed the host Toledo Boomers (Toledo, OR), by a count of 16-0.
Next, the Lancers meet the Pendleton Buckaroos (Pendleton, OR) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 25. South Umpqua will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
The Boomers (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Nyssa toppled Marsing (Marsing, ID), 5-0, in a non-league test.
