Colorado High School Baseball - Valley edges Bennett

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO) and the host Bennett Tigers (Bennett, CO), saw Valley's baseball team gain a win over Bennett by a tally of 9-6.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Highland (Ault, CO). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Highland by Haxtun (Haxtun, CO), 6-3, in a league contest.

The Tigers now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Englewood for a 3A/2A Frontier contest on Wednesday, March 25. Bennett will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 15-4 non-league win over DSST: Montview (Denver, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
