In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) baseball squad the host Berthoud Spartans (Berthoud, CO), by a tally of 7-5.

Coming up next, the Mavericks clash with the Holy Family Tigers (Broomfield, CO) in a 5A/4A Granite Peaks bout, on Thursday, March 26. Mead will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO).
