The Polytech Panthers trounced the visiting Delmarva Christian Royals baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sussex Central for a Henlopen North challenge on Thursday, March 26.
With the defeat, Delmarva Christian drops to 0-2 on the year. The Royals travel to Odyssey Charter (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Owls in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, March 26. The Owls go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Odyssey Charter won 24-8 in their recent league bout against ASPIRA Charter (Newark, DE)
