In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Apollo Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the St. Mary's Knights.
The Hawks (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Kellis (Glendale, AZ). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Kellis was beaten by Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights face the Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 26. St. Mary's will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Cobras go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ).
