The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) and the host South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ), saw Skyline's volleyball squad nip South Mountain by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Skyline upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Coyotes host Hamilton (Chandler, AZ) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 30. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

The Jaguars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Shadow Ridge for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 30. South Mountain will play a Stallions squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Stallions record now stands at 1-3.
