Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Window Rock Fighting Scouts (Fort Defiance, AZ) and the host Tuba City Warriors (Tuba City, AZ), saw Window Rock's baseball squad knock off Tuba City by a count of 9-3.
Coming up next, the Fighting Scouts play the Page Sand Devils (Page, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 16. Window Rock will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Sand Devils enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to Chinle (Chinle, AZ).
