Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA), 5-3 in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lower Merion for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 29.
In their next game, the Whippets clash with the Wilson Bulldogs (West Lawn, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 28. Downingtown West will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA).
