In Friday's non-league contest, the Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) lacrosse squad edged the host McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA), by a count of 9-8.

Coming up next, the Green Wave confront the Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 26. Holy Name will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record.

The Trojans now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Conneaut Area for a Independent contest on Friday, April 1.
