In Friday's non-league contest, the Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) lacrosse squad nipped the host Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO), by a count of 9-8.

Coming up next, the Nighthawks confront the Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Northfield will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.

The Mustangs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Golden for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 29. Ponderosa will confront a Demons squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Irvine (Irvine, CA). The Demons record now stands at 1-3.
