South-Doyle Cherokees (Knoxville, TN) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Beech Buccaneers (Hendersonville, TN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cherokees confront the Franklin County Rebels (Winchester, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 26. South-Doyle will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Smyrna (Smyrna, TN).
The Buccaneers now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to White House-Heritage for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 26.
